24 Hour Fitness has introduced two new in-club amenities—Recovery24 and Premium Fit24—at select locations across the U.S., aiming to enhance the member experience through improved recovery options and personalized strength training.

The rollout is part of a broader initiative by the company to modernize its offerings and respond to evolving member expectations around fitness, technology, and wellness. The two new spaces reflect a growing trend in the fitness industry toward integrating recovery and guided training into mainstream gym environments.

Recovery24 provides members access to tools such as Hyperice Normatec compression systems and Human Touch massage chairs in a dedicated, spa-inspired area. The concept is intended to support post-exercise recovery by promoting muscle relaxation, reducing soreness, and improving circulation.

Premium Fit24 is a private training zone equipped with connected Matrix strength machines that guide users through tutorials, progression plans, and performance tracking. Developed in collaboration with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the space is designed for users of all fitness levels seeking structured, measurable improvement over time.

“Recovery and progression are the two keys to getting results, yet are often thought about separately,” said Raphael Konforti, Senior Director of Fitness Business and Operations at 24 Hour Fitness. “These amenities make elite-level training and recovery tools accessible to everyone, creating more personalized and effective pathways to health.”

Both amenities are currently available at select clubs and require a separate access agreement. More locations are expected to adopt the features as part of the company’s ongoing investment in core markets.

24 Hour Fitness does not currently operate any gyms in Canada.
