Global experts share insights to create kick-ass culture, banish burnout and build a successful business
Recruitment and retention strategies, employee/employer burnout, building a kick-ass corporate culture, and owning your first fitness studio are just some of the topics to be covered at the canfitpro 2022: Business and Leadership event happening November 4 and 18, 2022.
The virtual event will bring some of the world’s elite fitness experts together for a summit designed to help fitness professionals and business owners get back on their feet and grow their businesses in the new normal. Here are some highlights:

Recruiting Rockstar Instructors & Trainers and Build a Kick-Ass Company Culture (Nov. 4). Diva Richards, creator of the DO WORK Method Business & Life Mastery Program, and CEO & Owner Hardwork No Excuses, Diva wants you to create a company culture that allows everyone to thrive and win.

Think Beyond the Mat – A Journey to Ownership (Nov. 4). Jen Hamilton, CEO of Oxygen Yoga & Fitness and Founder of Cardio-Core Bootcamp, knows the power of ownership. You will discover how the skills you have as an instructor directly impact the success you can have when you become your own boss.

Mental Wellness, Burnout and Resiliency – Real Talk (Nov. 4). Workplace culture experts Debbie Bellenger and Teany Hidalgo will teach you how to address signs and symptoms of burnout in fit pros, steps to encourage self-care and create a culture of care for your teams. This session will include actionable steps to improve mental health on a daily basis to grow resiliency and create work-life balance!

Expand your Empire Online (Nov. 18). Funk Roberts, the CEO & Founder of Funk Roberts Fitness Inc. and Funk Supplements Inc., knows a little something about growing your fitness brand. Funk will demonstrate the step-by-step process to create a results-driven recurring fitness membership business online, all while creating a brand that stands the test of time.
