In less than two weeks, 12,000 people have signed the online petition. With your help, we can grow that number and show the strength of your support. We are asking our member organizations to help continue this momentum forward and encourage your membership to support the campaign and join you in signing the online petition.
For your convenience we have drafted an email template that we ask you to please send to your membership base this week. We have also included a header that can be used as part of the email communication:
PR Campaign: Member Appeal – Copy

Dear {{recipient-first}},
Health and wellness – both physical and mental – are hurting in Ontario.
In times like these, exercise and fitness are more important than ever. {{CLUB NAME}}, along with the Fitness Industry Council of Canada Ontario Coalition, is advocating for a safe and responsible reopening of fitness clubs and we need your support.
With your help, we can get Ontario moving again, and get physical and mental fitness back on track – fitness clubs are a part of the solution, not the problem.
Thank you for your continued engagement and if you have any questions please contact Andy Hvizd, FIC-Ontario Coalition lead at andy@srcentre.ca
