GymNation is continuing to build out its position as a leading HYROX training and competition hub in the Middle East, with new programming and events designed to support athlete development across the region.
The operator has launched its HYROX League across clubs in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, creating a recurring, multi-location competition format where participants qualify through local events to reach a final. In parallel, GymNation is set to host a two-day HYROX Weekender event in Dubai on June 13–14 at its Al Quoz Performance Centre, featuring singles and doubles divisions and a prize pool of AED 30,000.
The expansion comes amid growing demand for HYROX-style training, particularly in markets where no official race events have yet been confirmed. GymNation’s approach has been to create in-club competitive opportunities that allow members to train, test performance, and progress without needing to travel internationally.
The company has also expanded its accessibility initiatives, introducing dedicated women-only HYROX sessions at its Dubai Performance Centre. With similar programming already in place in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, GymNation now offers women-only HYROX training across all of its operating markets.
As functional fitness and hybrid competition formats continue to gain traction globally, GymNation’s investment highlights a broader shift among operators toward building structured, competition-based ecosystems within their own facilities—extending engagement beyond traditional group training and into performance-driven community experiences.
