The Health & Fitness Association (HFA) has announced a strategic reorganization aimed at strengthening its position as the global voice of the fitness industry. The move expands leadership capacity to focus more sharply on advocacy, research, and education while building the infrastructure needed to support continued growth.

As part of the changes, Brandon Partridge has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Partridge brings extensive experience in public affairs, strategy, and trade associations, with a background in membership, events, and industry affairs. He will oversee HFA’s operational backbone, including membership engagement, events, sponsorship, and organizational resources.

Mike Goscinski has also been promoted to Chief of Staff, a role that builds on his leadership in advocacy, policy, and external affairs. Over the past three years, Goscinski played a central role in the organization’s rebrand from IHRSA to HFA and has helped accelerate advocacy efforts on behalf of the industry.

“HFA exists to deliver results for our members and for the entire industry,” said Liz Clark, HFA President and CEO. “This reorganization is not about change for its own sake—it is a sign of our growth and strength. Brandon’s operational expertise and Mike’s proven leadership will ensure we are sharper, more focused, and better equipped to protect, promote, and grow the industry.”

The reorganization also includes the addition of Christine Solomon as Marketing Manager, expanding HFA’s communications capacity to help sharpen messaging, extend reach, and showcase the value of the association’s work.

The structural shift balances HFA’s leadership across two complementary areas: Partridge leading internal operations, and Goscinski driving outward-facing strategy. Together, the expanded team is positioned to scale HFA’s impact globally.
