HOTWORX has introduced TrainingTRAX, a new AI-powered personal training system integrated into its Burn Off app, as the brand continues to expand its global footprint.

The platform delivers structured, goal-based programming, including customized 90-day plans, real-time performance tracking, and adaptive coaching designed to evolve with user activity. Additional features include “Body Vision,” a visualization tool that allows members to track progress through a personalized avatar, alongside an AI-driven coaching interface offering ongoing guidance.

The launch builds on HOTWORX’s broader digital ecosystem, following the introduction of its DietTRAX nutrition tool, and reflects continued investment in technology aimed at improving member engagement and accountability.

The announcement comes amid ongoing franchise expansion, with the company reporting more than 800 locations globally and targeting 1,000 studios by the end of 2026. In Canada, the brand remains in early-stage growth, with a small number of operating locations—including two studios in Calgary, Alberta, and one in Stoney Creek, Ontario—alongside additional development activity such as a planned location in Boucherville, Quebec.

As boutique and franchise operators continue to integrate digital tools into the member experience, the rollout of AI-driven coaching platforms highlights a broader shift toward more structured, data-supported training models within studio environments.
