Infrared fitness franchise HOTWORX® is continuing its global growth with plans to open its first Canadian studio in Q2 2025. This announcement follows the brand’s recent launch of a new location in Dubai, marking its second in the Middle East and adding to its international presence that already includes Ireland and Saudi Arabia.
“The opening of our Dubai studio represents a major step in our mission to make HOTWORX accessible around the world,” said Stephen Smith, Founder and CEO of HOTWORX. “We’re excited to bring our innovative approach to fitness to a market that values both health and technology.”
HOTWORX, which first launched in Oxford, Mississippi in 2017, celebrated its eighth anniversary this quarter. With more than 700 locations and 250,000 members worldwide, the brand’s unique model combines infrared sauna workouts with virtual 30-minute isometric or 15-minute HIIT sessions.
Alongside geographic growth, HOTWORX has introduced new features such as the “Scan & Go” retail experience via its Burn Off app and launched the “Gluteus Max,” a resistance training machine designed to enhance glute engagement.
The Canadian market entry is part of a larger international push, with HOTWORX also planning to expand into Mexico later this year. For more information, visit hotworx.net.
