Les Mills International has appointed Jason Paris as its new Chief Executive Officer, with Paris set to assume the role on October 6, 2026. Founder Phillip Mills, who has led the company as Managing Director for the past three years, will remain involved as Founder and Director and will support Paris through the transition.

Paris brings senior leadership experience across telecommunications, digital services and media. His background includes leading the transformation of Vodafone New Zealand into One NZ, participating in the Telecom-to-Spark transition and contributing to the development of digital platforms including TVNZ OnDemand.

The appointment is part of a planned succession process. Les Mills said Mills returned to operational leadership for a three-year period focused on resetting strategy, strengthening operations and positioning the company for renewed growth following disruption across the global fitness industry.

Paris said his focus will include supporting Les Mills’ global network of instructors, club partners and participants while helping lead the company’s next phase of growth.

In Canada, Les Mills programs are offered exclusively through GoodLife Fitness, which positions itself as the country’s exclusive source for Les Mills group fitness programming across strength, cardio, HIIT, cycling, dance and mind-body formats.

Les Mills International currently offers more than 30 fitness programs, with its workouts delivered by more than 100,000 certified instructors in more than 22,000 clubs across 100-plus countries, alongside its LES MILLS+ digital platform and extended-reality fitness experiences.
