Nationwide event to celebrate movement, community, and post-workout connection
By FitBizWeekly Staff
Orangetheory Fitness Canada is rolling out a new national initiative this August aimed at fostering community and celebrating active lifestyles. Teaming up with Canadian beverage brand Olé Cocktail Co., the fitness franchise is launching No Shower Happy Hour—a one-day event featuring free classes, in-studio gatherings, and product sampling across its 100+ locations nationwide.
Taking place August 22, the campaign invites members and non-members alike to participate in complimentary Orangetheory workouts followed by an informal social hour, where attendees can enjoy Olé’s tequila-based cocktails or non-alcoholic mocktails. The initiative highlights a growing trend in the fitness sector—integrating wellness with social connection and lifestyle branding.
“This kind of partnership reflects a broader industry movement toward building lifestyle experiences around fitness communities,” said Blake MacDonald, President of Orangetheory Fitness Canada. “It’s about more than just the workout—it’s about connection.”
The event also includes a national contest, with the winner receiving a one-year Orangetheory membership and a branded cooler filled with Olé beverages. Entry is available in-studio and on the brands’ Instagram channels.
Orangetheory Fitness operates over 100 studios in Canada and continues to expand its reach through experiential events and partnerships. Olé Cocktail Co., founded in 2020, specializes in ready-to-drink tequila-based beverages crafted with real ingredients.
