Studio Pilates International, the global Reformer Pilates franchise founded in Australia, has reported record performance across its U.S. studio network, entering 2026 with an updated Average Unit Volume (AUV) of US$888,774. The figure reflects results from the brand’s U.S. locations and highlights continued demand for structured, premium Pilates offerings as the category expands across major markets. Studio Pilates International currently operates more than 125 studios worldwide, with over 70 additional locations in development.
According to the company, U.S. growth accelerated through 2025 with new studios opening in several states, including Texas, and further openings scheduled for early 2026 in markets such as New York, South Carolina, and California. International expansion is also underway, with franchise agreements signed in Germany and Portugal. In Canada, Studio Pilates International currently operates two locations—Oakville, Ontario, and Langley, British Columbia—marking an early but growing presence in the Canadian market.
Founded in 2002 by Olympic athlete Jade Winter and physical therapist Tanya Winter, Studio Pilates International has positioned its model around standardized Reformer Pilates classes supported by instructor training and in-studio technology. As Pilates continues to see sustained interest globally, the company’s latest performance figures point to the role of scalable boutique formats in meeting consumer demand for structured, low-impact strength and mobility-focused training.
