In a first for Canada, Toronto will welcome the world’s top squash athletes as the SmartCentres PSA Squash Tour Finals 2024–25 takes place at Revival Film Studios from June 25–29, 2025. This marks the first time the season-ending event in professional squash will be held on Canadian soil, representing a significant moment for both the sport and its growing Canadian fan base.

The finals are the culminating event of the Professional Squash Association (PSA) season, featuring eight of the top-ranked men and women in the world. Qualification is reserved for Diamond event winners, reigning World Champions, and the highest-ranked players on the PSA Road to Finals leaderboard.

Revival Film Studios—formerly Toronto Film Studios—will provide a striking backdrop, with an all-glass court set up inside the cinematic space. The venue adds a unique dimension to the event, aligning symbolically with squash’s upcoming Olympic debut at LA28, which will take place at Universal Studios in Los Angeles.

“We’re delighted to bring the SmartCentres PSA Squash Tour Finals to Canada for the first time,” said PSA Chief Executive Alex Gough. “This will be the second year in succession that the tournament has been held in North America and it will be the sixth PSA World Event to take place in Canada this season as professional squash continues to grow in the country.”

SmartCentres REIT Founder and CEO Mitchell Goldhar, who helped bring the event to Toronto, added that the tournament offers an opportunity to highlight the sport’s values of discipline and inclusiveness. A portion of event proceeds will benefit Urban Squash Toronto, a local non-profit supporting underserved youth through squash training, mentorship, and education.

This year’s finals follow a record-setting season of PSA events in Canada, making Toronto a fitting location for the finale. With only eight qualifying events remaining—most notably the PSA World Championships (May 9–17) and the British Open (May 31–June 8)—the final roster of elite competitors will soon be determined.

The PSA will stream all matches live via SQUASHTV, with the semifinals and finals also aired through global broadcast partners.
