REGYMEN Fitness is expanding into New Zealand through a nine-location development agreement, with the first studio planned for Silverdale, Auckland, in late 2026.

The expansion will be led locally by Paul Bowman and Ash Williams, with the Silverdale location serving as the country’s flagship before additional sites are considered across Auckland and other New Zealand markets.

REGYMEN describes its model as performance-based training for the “everyday athlete,” combining coach-led workouts, progressive programming, measurable results and community within a format designed to sit between traditional gym access and single-modality boutique fitness.

“Expanding REGYMEN into New Zealand with nine locations is an exciting milestone for our brand and a strong reflection of where we’re headed,” said Leah Seacrest, vice president of franchising at REGYMEN Fitness. The company said the agreement is part of a broader strategy that includes continued U.S. franchise development and selective international expansion.

Canadian Footprint Operates Within GoodLife Fitness

For Canadian operators, the expansion builds on REGYMEN’s existing presence through GoodLife Fitness, where its entire current Canadian network operates.

REGYMEN’s current location directory lists 13 Canadian locations across Ontario, Alberta, Nova Scotia and Manitoba, all located within GoodLife Fitness clubs. These include Etobicoke, Kanata, Kingston, Oakville, Orleans, Scarborough, Toronto and Windsor in Ontario; three Calgary locations in Alberta; Halifax in Nova Scotia; and Winnipeg in Manitoba.

The arrangement gives REGYMEN a significant Canadian footprint through one of the country’s largest fitness club operators, while the New Zealand agreement adds another international market to the brand’s growth strategy.

With locations now in the United States and Canada and development underway in New Zealand, REGYMEN is continuing to expand through a combination of franchising, strategic partnerships and international development.
